1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • You received the wrong item.

  • The item is unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Returns must be requested within 3 days of receiving the order.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or washed products

  • Products damaged by customer misuse

  • Items without original packaging

  • Change of mind (unless clearly mentioned on product page)

3. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact us within 3 days of delivery.

  2. Share your Order Number and clear pictures of the product.

  3. Our team will review and guide you about the return process.

Do not send the product back without confirmation from our support team.

4. Refund Policy

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you.

  • If approved, refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be sent via bank transfer or EasyPaisa/JazzCash.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the mistake was from our side).

5. Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective or incorrect. Exchanges depend on product availability.

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment.

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
